Apprentice Stylist
Aspiring stylists undergo comprehensive training with our Shine Salon team, covering every facet of the craft. Depending on their progress within the training program, apprentice pricing offers the possibility of up to a 50% discount.
New Talent
Completed cosmetology school, is a licensed cosmetologist and has started their Shine Education training which includes haircuts, colors, styles, waxing and treatments! Some services may be discounted while they're learning, ask us for more info.
Junior Stylist
Completed the Shine Education training including hair color, cutting, texturizing and hairstyling. Is comfortable and confident in their skills and continues to train with the Director of Education.
Associate Stylist
An associate stylist possesses an extensive understanding of various aspects related to hair care and is continually refining their skills while excelling in numerous areas of expertise!
Advanced Stylist
Completed Shine Education, has advanced training, extensive color, cut, texture and retail knowledge.
Senior Stylist
Completed Shine Education, has advanced training in color, cut, texturizing, hair care recommendations, salon trends and is rebooking at 80%.
Master Stylist
Completed Shine Education, has advanced training in color, cuts, texturizing, hair care recommendations, salon trends and is rebooking at 80% or more.
